In stock items are generally shipped within 12-48 hours of receiving your order. You will receive an order confirmation along with a tracking number when it becomes available.

WHY CAN’T I CHECKOUT IN MY COUNTRIES CURRENCY?
All prices are set to Australian Dollars (AUD) by default. You can use our built-in currency converter to view an approximate price in your countries currency. However, all orders are processed in AUD only at checkout.
WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS ON MY ORDER?
An additional small customs and tax fee can rarely occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your countries customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

- Check your tracking number that was provided by email
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
